The main Lodge has four main living areas.
Outside is a roofed
patio, the lapha (camp fire area), the splash pool
as well as the game viewing and breakfast deck in
the shade of a Weeping Boer Bean tree (Scotia Brageapitala)
on the riverbank.
This offers more
than enough living space to small and large groups
The campfire will burn high to keep you company under
African Skies after a hard days hunting.
Tribal dancers can
entertain you with typical Zulu dancing around the
fire, if requested.
Inside the cosy,
tastefully decorated main hunting lodge is the lounge,
dining room and bar.
Brunch at 11h00 and
dinner at 19h00 are served in the main lodge, where
you can enjoy early morning coffee, tea and a continental
breakfast in the privacy of your own chalet.
Breakfast is usually
served on the patio.
In the evenings the
bar and campfire at the main lodge is where everybody
gets together after a long day.
The lodge as
well as the chalets are comfortably equipped.
We use the chalets as accommodation for our hunters
and fully catered guests.
The main lodge’s bar, dining room and lounge
is used as a central gathering spot.
However, if a guest that finds it difficult to walk
to the chalets, prefer to sleep in the lodge, they
are most welcome. It could be more comfortable to
stay closer to the visiting areas.
